Those who wish to rent a bike must be present at the Citizen Information Center or at one of the city hall district to conclude a contract (valid for 4 years). For the conclusion of the contract you must have your identity card and a copy of it. Also, you must have a valid email address in order to receive the card PIN code and the data necessary to access your online account.
